To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the best practice programe that I am on my tutor is always there to answer any questions I may have and will try to put in extra meetings to make sure I feel supported

I don't recieve much support from my management team there is never time for me to have off the job training or even a couple hours out of the room to do assignments off the job training is a requirement of 6 hours a week which I am not meeting
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider best practice is amazing at supporting me I am able to email my tutor whenever I need extra support or if I'm really struggling with an assignments. The portal is very easy to navigate and I can also contact my tutor through that
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better through the training videos I receive on my assignments which gives me more insight to how I can use my knowledge in my everyday activity with the children and parents
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Every month my team have a social outing together to build together as a team get to know each other outside of work environment, there is also company events such as a summer BBQ and Christmas party where all N family clubs get together and have fun

Why?
I would not suggest N family club Kingston Upon Thames to a friend because management do not provide support for staff members nor do they corporate with parents I have been in a couple of meetings with parents and management and have not agreed with how management handled the situation.
There have also been other situations where management have been very discriminative against employees.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to N Family Club?
Make sure you know and understand all policies and procedures so that you don't get things wrong as at kingstion they change the rules and it gets confusing
