Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Would work as an educator shadowing qualified team to learn more about the role the room and the children. Would do basic task form helping around the room to lesson plan and learning on the job
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although at times it can be difficult I would say I enjoyed it and am happy to of completed it

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel I learnt a lot, gained a lot of confidence, helped push me out of my comfort zone to achieve things I didn’t know I could. Built resilience, team work, time management, communication skill and so much more!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Quite organised although it does include a fair bit of sled study and responsibility on yourself to hand it work etc

Would say I received some support, it can be challenging balancing full time work and an apprenticeship.

Helped me very much. Not only did I learn a lot and have the necessary knowledge to perform better in my role it has also given me the confidence to aswell

Would you recommend N Family Club to a friend?
Yes
Why?
For someone who is looking to take a step into teaching or becoming an educator or just had a passion for children I would de firmly recommend N family club. No doubt there are ups and downs but I really enjoyed my experience, staff and children! And i do think the company truly doesn’t put in an effort to care and prioritise their staff!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to N Family Club?
It’s ok to be nervous to get things wrong and there are people here to support you through your journey. Ask a lot of questions team are always happy to help! Plan out your assignments to help stay on top of them. You’ll do amazing!
