I create and edit engaging video content for internal teams and external audiences. Implement social media strategy across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was well structured and I was supported by my management team throughout. Overall it was a great experience and which I found very beneficial.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned the development stages of children from birth to 5 years, I was able to apply this knowledge to support the children in my care whilst I was an educator. In my current role this knowledge allows me to write engaging and informative caption's for our social channels.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supported me throughout my programme. I was offered allocated time on a weekly basis to complete coursework alongside my role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not that much support from my training provider, the communication was poor and as a result delayed my Programme completion date.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification allows me to perform better in my role as I am able to plan learning experiences tailored to children's individual ages and needs.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have many social activities though out the year where we are able to network and bond as a team.
