Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role is to provide administrative support for senior managers. My daily tasks consists of diary management, managing stakeholders both internally and externally, ad-hoc tasks such as rearranging meetings when the parties cannot attend, book rooms at very short notice etc. I am also responsible for the stationery ordering for the division, so I have a structure in place whereby I send the team monthly reminders to check the stationery cupboards in their area and replace any item that is missing and to also let me know if we need to buy more items.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I am at the very early stage of the programme and I am still navigating through it. So far I have noticed that the speed of the teaching is a bit far for my learning style but I am waiting to have at least another session to speak to the tutor about it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
1/5
I am at the very early stages of the programme so it is early for me to comment I am afraid.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The programmes seems to be very organised and the tutor follows the structure that it is in the slides.
However, for my learning style I would appreciate if there were my explanations rather than rushing through the slides.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive full support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive full support from them, they are always very efficient in replying to my queries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I am positive with regards to the content of the programme, all the topics that are aimed to be covered seem very relevant to my current role, my only concern is the speed of the teaching which is a bit to fast to me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes, my team is planning a motivational event ( day out ) to try and unite the team more.
