Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a junior production coordinator at BBC studios, I work to organise the logistics of shoots. I work through pre-production through to post- production and the delivery of films. I organise travel and accommodation for shoots. I complete relevant paperwork. I manage the film budget and raise payments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme, it is a welcoming environment and a fun place to work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to work in project management from scratch. My communication skills have improved, especially speaking over the phone. I have learnt how to manage a budget and how to pay people.

I receive support in many ways, from regular check-ins with managers and mentors, to mental health support from the employer.

I receive a good amount of support. They always offer to help and are there to answer any questions. They offer mental health support.

It helps me somewhat in my role, mainly when we look at bigger picture topics that I wouldn't otherwise come across in my role.
