I am a senior business analyst for financial crime operations team Looking at how to ensure the best outcomes from change, taking an iterative, risk based approach projects aimed at meeting regulatory requirements for operations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Love it! The team are incredibly supportive and there is always a great deal of opportunities for growth and development

I have learned several skills from governance, reporting, stakeholder management to performing risk assessments. It has been a great two years of real responsibility and exposure.

Extremely supportive with navigating the new content and providing advise and support on the best ways to apply what I am learning to my day to day job,

It has provided an extremely useful theoretical foundation to the 'why' of what I do. I am now much better placed to provide an informed recommendation to projects and proposals, understanding the importance of risk frameworks and financial crime.

Yeah, very involved in the social networks in my company. From the Christian society, to the running club, there is always something to do!
