Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Babcock International Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Babcock allows a wide breadth of work experience during the degree apprenticeship, which may not be possible at a smaller business. This allows for rapid development as well as helping decide on future paths you want to take in your career.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock International Group?
Developing soft skills such as communication and organization will be more beneficial when applying to engineering apprenticeships than already having technical skills. Be open to learning new skills and trying out roles. A good understanding of a lot of topics is better than being overly specialised in one or two things at this stage.
