Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have the same responsibilities as all chefs .
Checking the temperature of the refrigerators ,making sure the food is ready and good conditions .
Then preparing breakfast to serve on the hotplate at 6 am and starting to prepare lunch and dinner for the rest of the day .

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like what i do at work and my course .
But we could have lot more support from our teachers and colleagues from job .

At the moment ,i dont feel organized ,there is a lack of support from teachers , we dont have enough preparation to take our tests .

At no time ,at first they didnt give me the hours to do my course work .
Then they started to make some hours available .
Its been 3 weeks now , and hanvent had the hours to do the teacher asks us to do .
My work always hectic , lack of staff , work hours cuts ,and a lot of stress at the moment .
I have almost no support at work ,and i havent had any help with my course work ,and i have lot of the activities alone ,due to the lack of support at work .
