Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
support with the EMEA group when required.
Primarily my role is onsite in the London office, as it is the only office in the UK that maintains a physical
location with onsite technical support. The work is usually 4 days a week in the office and one day a week
from home, which is a study day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
the knowledge, skills and confidence to excel in the IT support field. I am grateful for the support of my
mentors, colleagues and coaches, who have guided and inspired me throughout this journey.
