I research the usability and experience of the companies platforms and products through interviews, surveys, analysis reports and customer visits.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme from the level of learning and guidance from the facilitators, and company management, but also work and course peers. The ability to work and study at the same time has been an amazing experience.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new skills within my area of study and work, from in-depth industry and discipline knowledge to soft skills like stakeholder management and communications skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme has been very well organised and the structure has been great including with the onboarding onto the course and into the business.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I've received a huge level of support from my employer from the onboarding to the ongoing course assignments

The level of support from MMU has been great and supported me in get my feet planted in the course.

I feel that the qualification is helping to better my knowledge with in-depth learning through connected it with real world on the job experience.
