My role requires me to assist four teams within the development department which includes the research, appeal, membership and legacies team.
My tasks are creating research profiles, appeal copy and draw copy, post, allocating tickets, department highlights and summary and processing payments.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working and learning at the Royal ballet and Opera. This opportunity has helped me develop many transferable skills and to continue challenging myself which makes the programme engaging and enjoyable.

Before I started working here everything was organised and I was aware of the timetable i will need to create to stay organised. The programme was well structured and met the time requirements.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my line manager my apprentice manager and my college coach/teacher. They help me plan what i want to continue doing and what I want to learn or improve on.
