Taking the set designers models and turning them into construction drawings for the metalworkers/carpenters to build from.

An immensely interesting role. The RBO are incredibly supportive employers and are really looking after me.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt how to use AutoCAD and Inventor. I will be learning how to do metal work, and develop my existing carpentry skills.

Don't worry if you aren't already a theatre lover. They really value diversity of all kinds and are championing making the arts accessible to people that otherwise wouldn't feel able.
