How well organised/structured is your programme?

the education delivery side has been well structured and delivered, operational shifts have at times been difficult to manage and could be allocated further in advance to allow for a better work/life balance and time management of academic work alongside shifts.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

i feel support by the training department whilst working towards my qualification, and have had good allocation of study days which have enabled me to complete my work

i have had greater experience working alongside my degree than external BSc students get, so feel this has given me better confidence and knowledge in qualifying as a paramedic
