Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role includes making sure work is being delivered on time, issues are being recorded, actions are being tracked, spend is being tracked, I order parts, i will chase stakeholders for their input in monthly reviews, I will track and chase upcoming invoices for the customer.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have enjoyed speaking to new people, learning from their experiences, while also being given the opportunity to make my own experiences, by completing tasks independently, and gaining responsibility inside the Programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Absolutely I have, I've learnt skills both internally and externally. What I mean is I have learned the Babcock processes and how we operate, while also learning skills I can apply outside Babcock, such as excel skills, the procurement processes and importance of communication.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
We are regularly looked after, checked on and made sure we are happy. We have development reviews often which helps in building a skills portfolio. Id say it is very well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
At times managers may struggle with giving time for development, however. In the time they did, the tips and people they offer to help are always useful and keeps me busy.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
We are giving days off to study, given time and help in work to properly focus.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I can understand terms and the meaning of certain things better, applying my knowledge from the qualification to the work life, has made me understand things better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are a lot of opportunities to branch outside the Project, like for social occasions.
