I support the JDE system at Ibstock, helping with EDI customer setup, checking and fixing data, and assisting users with system issues from orders to finance. I help keep processes running smoothly and work with teams to solve problems quickly and clearly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’m really enjoying the programme as it’s helping me gain confidence in my role. I’m learning useful tools and techniques that I can apply to my day-to-day work, which makes my job easier and more effective.
