Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My day to day at work was ensuring that all children were cared for at an outstanding level, we ensured that all children were provided with a variety of learning experiences and activities throughout the day. We ensure that all children were safe and loved whilst in our care to give them the best possible outcomes to learn.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
This apprenticeship was the best decision I have made, before this I wasn’t sure what job I wanted to do when leaving school however I now know that this is the job for me and bright horizons is the best workplace for anyone. Everyone including the management are always supportive and are always there to listen.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I started at bright horizons with no experience straight from school. So everything that I have learned if due to this amazing team. They are all so supportive during your apprenticeship and all staff supported me whilst learning and offered ongoing support. I am always thankful for this.

5/5
It was well organised and I had goals and assignments for each month for me to complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I always recieved support from my management and still do, they are always there to support any staff when needed. They also ensured that I was enjoying my apprenticeship throughout the duration.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
They were always only a message away and supported me through any questions or support I needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification has taught me everything I now know and I wouldn’t have been able to do this job at the performance level I am without it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have staff meetings after work to support any new guidelines and policies that we need to know. We have a Christmas do which we all enjoy and receive awards from parents and managers for recognition of our work.
