I take part In the whole process of bringing in a car, carrying out tasks such as diagnostic checks, wheel alignment, strip and rebuild, repair, prep, paint and polish a car that has come in for accident repair work.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has helped me learn a well rounded foundation of knowledge and skills to continue my career of working with cars.

Both, it’s been nearly three years of learning something new everyday as well as increasing my skills I already had before starting.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

For the most part it joins up well with work and college. However online zoom meetings organised by my employer aren’t as effective as when we are on site at college
