Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

i oversee quarrying operations of the site, this includes talking to the contractors we have excavating our site and anyone else who may need to be on site while also problem solving any problem that arises day to day. we have multiple projects that progress the site forward from water pumping efficiency and health and safety aspects
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the apprenticeship program i am on, some of the university part has been slow for a first year but that was to be expected

I have developed on my management skills like multitasking and time management. while also gaining man management as a skill

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured especially for the first time the programme has been introduced. It has been a learning experience for both parties.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive an amazing amount of support from my employer which is partly because i am with my manager every day as it is a team made up of just me and him.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive a decent amount of support from my provider. its more on the basis of if you need help then you can ask whatever whenever
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

For the first year i have more or less learned all of the content at work just in my job role or through my manager. but the next year i predict it will help my knowledge and skills in my job role

Yes there are many networking events available for every employee including award evening and careers fairs but not any sports teams or social events are really available

i would be going there with confidence in speaking to colleagues as communication is important and be willing to accept help and advice from all employees
