Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
Yes
Why?
There are constant areas to further yourself professionally and develop to managerial roles and multiple departments to choose where you prefer to work. There are also apprenticeships that can help your development.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
To be honest and open, it doesn't matter how skilled you are, if you are untrustworthy, you won't be considered for development. You must have a strong work ethic and be able to work well as a team.
