The programme is very more structured around the provider and doesn't involve a lot of learner input from a timing perspective.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As mentioned before, holding down a full time job rather than apprenticeship means i have sacrificed a lot of personal time to complete the programme but the business/levy have funded the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

SRSCC have provide a large amount of resource, the one comment i do have is the revision sessions are far in advance of the exams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
