Working on project to introduce new functionality to company's ERP system (JDE). Maintaining the system, to "keep the lights on" - resolving issues raised on service desk tickets.

Ibstock has great people, focuses on right things outside of the core business (sustainability, mental health ally programme), offers hybrid working, there's a good canteen at the Head Office.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ibstock?
Make sure that you stay in charge of your personal development - don't wait for things to happen for you, but take the lead.
