Lots. Spreadsheet knowledge and business understanding to persuade stakeholders with data

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Falls short very rarely. I think the start of the course was a little slow due to the MV team not quite knowing the extent of the new cohorts' capabilities within the course remit. (spreadsheet understanding, cloud functionality in google etc)

Lots! Again, no complaints there. Always on hand and very flexible

Easily accessible courses, webinars, walkthroughs and exercises, help always on hand.
Staff are very patient and welcoming. Understanding the trials and speedbumps in the road through the processes you take when documenting/studying for your course.
MV Staff care about their cohorts a lot, it shows and you can really feel the human connections with the coaches.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to John Lewis Partnership?
Take the leap. Embrace it. Give yourself to the experience and don't be afraid to be honest and reach out if you need support. You're there to grow, to learn and to become a better version of you!
