Apprenticeship level 5 operations manager has been a great learning experience for me, I have learnt alot, challenged myself and developed many skills and tools to do my job greater.

Had 2-3 different tutors in the end of the apprenticeship
First tutor was less interested in what I was doing and achieving- however second tutor amazing, supported me with the professional conversations and we recorded and practiced many. Third tutor was just to complete my apprenticeship.
