I'm a level 2 Commis Chef , I'm helping on cooking and prepping my senior Chefs

I did learn and developed so many skills during my one year apprenticeship, I've started as a kitchen assistant, and I learned so much .

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised, I've got all of the support from my Head Chef and colleagues, also from my manager and the apprenticeship company
How much support do you receive from your employer?

All of the support I needed, it helped me a lot , mainly being a full time mum and a part time apprentice they give me all of the support and helped me through.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer was lovely, I was so lucky, the way he explained everything to me , the way he was answering all of my questions. Very helpful Chefs during masterclasses, patients.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps a lot. , mostly with my confidence
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Being a club for partners and privet members it does give as the opportunity to get involved in different types of events , or work experience helping different deparment when in need
