I provide secretarial support to Consultants and medical staff, manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records, handle correspondence, and coordinate meetings. I ensure efficient administrative systems, manage diaries and rotas, and support timely and accurate data entry, meeting Trust standards.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the apprenticeship, as it provided valuable learning opportunities. It helped me develop new skills and insights, particularly in managing tasks and adapting to various challenges. I found the experience rewarding and engaging, and it enhanced my confidence in applying business administration practices to real situations.
