As an Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner, I assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in children. I lead care in paediatric emergency settings, support junior staff through teaching, contribute to service development, and make autonomous clinical decisions while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
