The program is well structured, and I understand my role, responsibilities, and general expectations. This may include introductory classes, getting to know the team, and recommendations on the tools and systems that I will use. During many well-organized internships, I will have the opportunity to take turns studying in different departments or perform various tasks in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. This will help keep the experience dynamic and allow me to learn from all aspects of the job.

I have enough support from the management.

I receive constant support for any inquiries or the identification of certain errors in my work, feedback is provided lightning fast, you don't feel like you're studying alone, and I always thank my coach very much.

I feel 100 percent of the changes in my knowledge and every day I learn more and more new things, and again I am grateful for the biggest work and training of people like me. It has also become much better to work at work, because there is more understanding and practice.
