I work in recruitment, I interact with clients from commercial businesses, find out about their company goals and focuses, support with hiring plans and advise on current market conditions. I also run recruitment processes, manage candidates and their expectations as well as preparing them for interviews and negotiating job offers.

The course has very structured sessions and course leaders, with guest lecturers from the broader alumni network who give great insights into industry.

We have 1 day per week dedicated to the degree, Zenopa also offer interaction of business applicable projects to support getting more exposure within different business functions

My business degree may not always relate to my role in recruitment but the areas that don't apply may then apply to a client I am working with, everything I have learnt has been helpful additions to my understanding of how businesses work.
