I am a recruitment specialist who deals with candidates across Europe within medical and scientific markets. I also consult businesses and onboard new customers by doing targeted outreach within our niche.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy both the university work and my job, I like that I can use what I learn within my day-to-day at work.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is relatively well structured and has improved throughout the duration of my course. We have reviews tri-annually to support and monitor our progress.

I receive plenty of support from my employer whenever requested.

We have tri-annual reviews with our training provider and are available if assistance is needed.

Some aspects of my qualification align with my role at work. Some modules, will align such as Organisational Behavior are strongly related, while others such as Research Methods are less relevant.

There are plenty of sports activities that you can get involved in e.g. football, badminton, golf as well as bi-annual conferences.
