I enjoyed learning new skills and ideas, it’s given my the drive to want more and progress in the future. I’m confident this apprenticeship has started me on the right foot to progress

At times the apprenticeship was challenging, however, compass group was there whenever I needed support. The programme was well structured with flexible deadlines

The nature of my roll requires me to work offshore whenever I needed extra time compass provided me with sites onshore in London

Hit training was very flexible with deadlines and very understanding they game me the support I needed
