Helping with maintenance tasks in the hotel and doing various jobs like pool testing and upkeep, Room Jobs and also project work that may need to be done.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the training as i know it will help me once i have learnt all the skill from it, i will feel more confident in doing tasks i may not have done before.

I have learnt many new skills like electrics, plumbing, plastering. These skills are vital in my job role.

It is very well organised, it is very clear what i need to do and by what date this needs to be done.

My employer is very helpful, i know if need help with something or i need to talk i know i have people i can talk to about this.

I am always in contact with the training provider when given tasks and if i .need help i know that it is there if i need it.

There is so many different thing that are linked from the course to my everyday job role, I know if i need the skills i learnt from the training provider, i am more than capable of carrying out a task.
