Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Learning the work of different departments and being involved in work that interests you. Tasks responsibility ranges from admin work to substantial research. You could also sit in meetings and discussions with clients.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was exciting and motivating. The more I learnt about the role, the more I was convinced that I would be suitable for the role and firm.

I’ve learnt so much more about professionalism and what it takes to keep prestigious clients. I’ve also developed my attention to detail and ability to summarise complex information in a short amount of time to become more efficient in my delivery.

Company Culture

How would you rate business leader involvement during the insight

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was incredibly friendly- from the lawyers to IT people and kitchen staff. It was easy to say hello to anyone you bumped into. I don’t remember feeling intimidated, even when I was having a conversation with the partners. Very down-to-earth people.
