Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

working with small and large client portfolio and gathering requirements for small change project work, including relationship management and ensuring delivery of the ask through to completion with internal stakeholder management and workshop/workstream progression throughout.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it has been good but there has been a delay in getting any potential result over to me, my examination took place on 24 February and I am still yet to understand the result despite peers getting theirs a lot quicker.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes I have understood how to mitigate risk, but also to understand how to articulately get a message across to clients that need to know the progress and that is all, without any granular detail. My apprenticeship has also allowed for me to understand how to estimate work effort.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

the tutor allocation and support has been a little frustrating at times, I've had two allocated tutors in the timeframe for the piece, with one giving very little support, current one is better but do feel that I am the one chasing for information at times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

had 6 hours (allocated) per week where the submissions were due and adequate time to revise when upcoming exams were due.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

what is on the BPP Hub and had multiple sessions with Trainer throughout programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

no real feedback here, BPP have been very good.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

limited as I have on a remote contract and feel siloed at times.
