Its really great, I can see that there is so much more to my job after each semian i attend and my seminar lead is brilliant

Really well organised, just enough time btween seminas to take in the info but not to much time that its forgoten. and the infomation is explaned basicaly at the start and ramps up in small bursts so it is easy to digest
How much support do you receive from your employer?

loads, my line manager is just as exited to find out what i have learned as I am whiles learning it and is alwasy there at the end of each semina to support if i didnt understand parts
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

so much suport. my orgoniational skills are quite laps due to my dyslexia and shes has be so so amazing with keeping me in the loop and helping me when I lose track of where im ment to be.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I amleaning a new way of managing people, systems and customers. it has shown me diffrent skills that i have but havent had a chance to put into action

i have really enjoyed every second of this learning expirance, and i feel it would be a dishour to not tell people about just a fun educational course
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ryman?
Ryman is an ever changing business, its so amazing growing your skills with them and I would say showing your enutusiasum and drive are the best things you can show when applying
