As it was new form of apprenticeship, it started slow whilst getting all the needed information, but once the requirements were understood, its been structured very well.

They have given me full flexibility during the course, and have accommodated well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So far I have had positive experience with all tutors I have dealt with. Though had minor issues with changes in personal tutors. But nothing drastic.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it is going to help me build the foundations for both the position it trains you for, and the next role after.

No, not what I am aware of, but during the course I have been given opportunities to work within other departments which helps with networking.
