It is organised very well with a call being the first Wednesday of everything month the learning is made to be enjoyable as well

Ryman has a lot of support to offer by always interacting with us to make sure it is going well and arranging extra calls etc .

Constant support , arranging 1-1 calls and always checking in via email or phone

It has helped me bring more knowledge into store about so many things such as finance , promotion etc

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ryman?
To be yourself and confidence is a key part as you deal with all different types of people day in and day out . Be able to handle things changing and moving forward . Working in a time frame for example when a new promotion is being launched
