I am an apprentice technician and my day to day will always very on work load in the teams.
Some weeks I am really busy and doing call out and remedials for other engineers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The first year was really good and interesting. But from about November until end of march there hasnt been up progression due to lack of work. Now starting the gas course but again will be struggling to get on gas iteams

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to time manage much better and how to be independent when it comes to doing jobs on my own.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning sep 23 we started on "one file" and now have been moved over the "classroom" which was a little sat back but now getting used to the new styem
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The office and training academy are easy to get hold of and will always try and help but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is some times hard to get hold of but this is understandable due to having a lot more trainees.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It has been good learning new things and out in the field you'll still learn more and more each week

Yes the company provided lots of opportunities. Last year I went on a drip to Dubai with the company.
