Traveling from site to site, seeing many different commercial kitchens. From 4/5 items to 70+. Get to see and visit some very cool places.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very well. Everyday out in the field is a learning curve and I get to see and do a lot of hands on what.

Classroom side of things isn't the best organised but it is definitely improving over the last 6 months

Massive amounts. Can call and email and I will always get the answer I'm looking for
