I am a Marketing Executive, organising events, webinars, social and email campaigns. Working across many departments in the business to ensure easy running of things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme! I am able to apply my learning easily to my role and the company I am in and I am enjoying learning with others and bouncing ideas off each other.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned more about Marketing Mix and so far the different models used for analysis, I have enjoyed implementing these into my day to day. I am also becoming more confident in my speaking and presenting abilities and this would be down to my coaches and the webinars hosted through the provider.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and I feel that it is structured but not rigid. The teaching sessions are engaging and I like the breakout options we have.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. My manager is a great sounding board when I am showcasing my learnings and he and the provider are on board to stretch my ability to reach that distinction mark
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Monthly 1-2-1s with my coach, which are helpful as a confidence boost and marking work. My monthly sessions are also helpful and are a good opportunity to ask questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it is keeping me focused and I am producing work at a much higher standard because of this apprenticeship. I'm thinking of things in a different way than before.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
