As Marketing Executive at Zenopa, I lead on our daily marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across the business. My focus is on implementing impactful, strategic marketing that supports our company’s purpose—building trust, sharing our recruitment expertise, and delivering excellent service.
I’m responsible for generating warm leads for the team through targeted outbound activity and ensuring our account-based marketing campaigns deliver a strong return on investment. I also work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure our marketing efforts reflect our collective goals and values.
My aim is to help Zenopa stay at the forefront of our market, while supporting the growth and high standard of excellence within the marketing team.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’ve really enjoyed being part of the programme so far. It’s been a great mix of learning new things and building on what I already do day to day. It’s pushed me in a good way, especially when it comes to thinking more strategically and stepping back to see the bigger picture. It’s also been great connecting with people across the business and hearing different perspectives.
Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and it’s definitely made me feel more confident in what I’m doing.

Since joining Zenopa, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills that have really shaped my growth as a marketing professional.
One of the key areas I’ve developed in is strategic thinking,, understanding how marketing can directly support the wider business objectives, and tailoring campaigns to align with those goals. I've also sharpened my analytical skills, using data to track performance, refine targeting, and improve our ROI on campaigns.
I’ve grown in confidence when it comes to creative content development, from writing copy to designing visuals that engage. Working closely with consultants and senior leadership has helped me strengthen my communication and collaboration skills, ensuring our marketing is consistent and impactful across all teams.
Most importantly, I’ve learned how to lead with purpose, always considering how our work contributes to Zenopa’s mission and the experience we create for clients and candidates.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme has been well structured overall. It’s clear there’s been a lot of thought put into the role of apprentices within Zenopa and their progression paths.
It’s still challenging in the right way, pushing for continuous imporvement and standards of excellence. I come away from meetings and projects having learnt something new I can apply later.
That said, there’s always room for small tweaks, but on the whole, I’ve found it well-paced and well put together.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

There’s been a real openness to hearing what I’m working on and how it links back to the business, which makes the whole experience feel more connected and valuable. There's always a link to the purpose and the bigger picture.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I’ve felt supported by the training provider throughout the programme. The communication has been clear, and they’re always approachable if I have questions or need a bit of guidance. I’ve never felt like I’m on my own with it.
The resources they provide are really helpful, and I appreciate that they check in regularly to see how things are going. It feels like they genuinely care about helping me succeed and making sure the learning works for me.

be prepared to work hard, and you will be rewarded for it. Show your drive and enthusiasm from day 1.
