I work in the One Samsung marketing team working across both Brand and insights. Day to day i manage monthly/ quarterly reports and run our 360 AI campaign.

Yes 100% i have learnt a lot of new skills particularly around my confidence and presenting skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I find that the programme still needs some work specifically around communications/support when you go past inital induction. I also think the off the job work is very extensive and adds to my workload a lot

How much support do you receive from your employer?

From my teams i recieve loads of support and i feel very grateful to work with these individuals but i feel there could be more guidance from HR in terms of next steps and how we roll off the scheme into a full time role.
