My role is to learn on the job whilst supporting and learning from my coach whilst noting and logging anything that i learn which is giving me valuable on the job experience,
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying my programme, I love the aspect of working in real life scenarios with highly experienced technicians, and I am really enjoying putting what I'm learning into practice.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt tons since beginning my journey at MCFT, lots about pressure safe handing of gasses, how to perform PPMs, Communication with customers just to name a few.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Fairly well, the structure is good, what's expected of me is clear and concise,
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, there is an abundance of support in all areas ie IT, HR engineers all just a phone call away.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I haven't got that far in my apprenticeship to give a good answer.

Tons, each week there's new events being planned wether is Park walks, company trips abroad or golfing.

Absolutely I would, its an incredible programme with the opportunity to dive into a great career with tons of help support, with great staff and a great future
