To provide support as well as enhance my own knowledge and understanding of the company and industry and to conduct every day tasks required of the company by both apprentices and senior technicians
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The not knowing what each day holds. Every days different. Although sometimes it can be hard to learn with an ever changing environment, it gives me a sense of unknowing which I like when it comes to work. No day is the same

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Everything I know about the industry now, I know because of MCFT and it's programme. It's giving me, at the moment the basic understanding needed as I'm only 9 months into my journey, but knowledge to kick on at the same time
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very well. 3 months intense learning [with a couple weeks in the field here and there] and then you're released with a trainer to show you and guide you through your programme. My only criticism is that the three months could be extended by a month or so to give people a fuller understanding but that's just personal opinion
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot. From my trainer. My team leader. My tutors back in Theale. If I express or display areas of concern or doubt, they do their best to help me navigate difficulty

Yes there's always social events popping up such as work Xmas parties, team nights out, cricket and football events where employees actively take part. They put team building and relationships as one of their main principles as a company

Yes
Why?
Because I have. Offers a more than fair wage. A great work / life balance. Freedoms you don't get with most other jobs. Great incentives. And a great environment and work base to be a part of

The first year is the hardest. Ride the wave. And you'll get there
