Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Stock control. Involves checking stock records on daily basis. Correcting the stock records where necessary. Ensuring we have stock availability on a regular basis. Also provide support with price integrity. Ensure correct SEL are displayed all the time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's been a great experience. Learning about the retail business, the legal requirements that are required to be followed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt to use the planogram and understand it's significance. Making sure the products are arranged correctly with the closer dates on the front and the later days behind.

The course was well structured. The topics included in the course were helpful for having a good understanding about the ways the business is conducted.

The support given by my Store Manager and Line Manager was great.

The training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is an exceptionally great teacher. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been very supportive, encouraging and patient during the entire course. It was easy to get in touch with him incase I had any queries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training has given me a better insight to the ways on how the retail business is conducted. The importance of colleagues and customer safety, gdpr, inclusion and diversity, legal requirements, importance and use of social media etc.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do have social activities during festive seasons like breakfast, lunch or dinner for colleagues, Pizza parties to celebrate great performances. Christmas party etc.
