I do a mixture of on and off the job learning , either by following a coach around jobs and learning first hand or completing my progress tracker and learning theory at the training academy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying this program as every day is different and I'm constantly learning new things, The variety of jobs keeps me engaged.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a load of new skills and definitely improved on any existing by learning on the job practically but also at the academy.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overall, there is a good structure set out for us , but sometimes there is some of the miscommunication putting it into action, but I like the way the 2 year apprenticeship is structured with on and off job learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

So far I have received adequate support and never been left with help or guidance if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification is going to help me in my role by giving me the knowledge I need in the subject , but making sure I am able to work on the job as soon as I qualify.

Because I feel that I am gaining so much knowledge in the industry and have a good balance of on / off job learning to keep me engaged
