Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job involves helping with my colleges and gathering everything they need. I also help with washing peoples hair, drying. I go to the academy once a week and learn hairdressing there which I enjoy very much. helping to assist others.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much I feel happy in my job role and am so happy with how I’m doing.

Very organized I know what I’m doing day to day and I know how I’m going to do my job. I feel very confident with it

I revive a lot of support from my employer and feel happy to discuss with them if I feel confused or nervous about somthing

I revive a lot of support and help for my qualification including them making sure I’m on task.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like they do well for this role. They help me to be able to make sure that I’m doing well within my apprenticeship. I also am able to feel confident in asking them for help if needed
