To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love what I do, the teachers are extremely helpful my classmates are a joy to be around and my modals are always pleasant, I very much enjoy what I do

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes everything I know about hair and hairdressing I’ve developed through this program, multiple haircuts, types of blow drys and hair colouring, also my customer service skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured well always know what we’re doing in the upcoming weeks and are never left in the dark about what we’re doing
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot as I’ve said the teachers will go out of their way to help you out over the smallest thing it really feels like they care about your work and the program overall, if I ever needed help mentally or work wise I’d get the help asap
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are very helpful when it comes to my program, going out their way to make sure everything’s ok, very supportive in general
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Without what I’m doing now I wouldn’t know literally anything I do know it’s really taught me everything about what I do, so I feel confident in that I’m a lot better in my role then I ever was or would be
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah there’s a lot of Toni and guy events that are always very fun and pleasant to be at, seeing all my friends and teachers but more importantly it’s very inspiring their presentations and run ways and drives me to be like them

If hairdressing’s for you Toni and guy are the gold standard for it, you feel happy and welcome every step of the way
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Toni & Guy?
Be yourself and work hard, being an apprentice means you have to do it for yourself even with all the support from Toni and guy, so my best advice is if you really want to lersure hairdressing do the best course and do it right
