On a day to day basis my role involves doing processing for different payrolls, running payrolls, answering queries and ensuring everyone is paid on time and accurately

I am enjoying it fully and have no complaints.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills in payroll and excel. I have also continued to develop my existing skills such as problem solving and communication.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme i am on is very well structured. It's structured in a way that means when i come to do my lessons, i have already recently learnt it in work. Such as year end processes coming up right after i have just done them in April.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A good amount, the only thing i would say is it can be hard to contact my tutor at times but never leaves me hanging for more then 2-3 days.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Massively, it helps me understand what i am doing as well as why we do what we do.
