Deputy manager supported living. Staff induction, supervision. Ensuring support plans etc are relevant and up to date. Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality obligations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's well done, and my learning coach is excellent, but I was hoping to do the level 5, which I'd have found much more motivating and fitting to my role. My organisation says we must do level 3 first. It's straightforward for me but not inspiring.
