Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Learning hairdressing, new skills, communication and way of dealing with customers. I then do all the jobs for example the washing up and cleaning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new things Like haircuts and colour. In my training sessions I always get to learn new skills with my trainer on that day.

Yes, every training sessioin I learn new things, I have passed of assesements and continue working towards passing of more.

Yes its organised well and has a good flow.

My employers help me and our understanding of how to teach and guide me through my apprentership to ensure I have the best I cant get.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Each trainer is differnt and teach in differnt ways, they are all supportive and ecourging of learning new skills to eventualy pass of. They support me through my training sessions and always push me forward.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me as I am leanring new skills that I need as a hairdresser to perform better.
